I couldn’t help myself

These are the red velvet scones I made last night for a bake sale on campus today for a club I don’t even belong to.

Because overextending myself and making treats THE DAY I GAVE UP DESSERT for Lent made tons of sense.

Can you believe I’ll be 30 in a matter of months!?! Shocking.

Another unrelated note: I’m wearing sneakers for what feels like the first time in ages today. It’s cold but dry, and my feet were getting tired of the rain boots/Uggs/snow boots rotation.
