Gosh, I love celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! I wasn’t super on top of my game this year (totally forgot about making my Irish Soda Bread!), but we still wore our green and hosted dinner for the Nyes.

This year, I made a couple new recipes. Unfortunately, I overcooked the corned beef a little, and forgot the spicy sausage for the mac and cheese, but they were both still really good. I think I’d try them both again, but take more care to have them turn out better. I served a simple sautéed cabbage as a side.
