Just before we left on our London trip, our drywall was up. It’s definitely starting to look a bit more finished. Wall aren’t see-thru anymore, and you can really start imagining the rooms the way they’ll look with some furniture.
I still can’t believe you can see all the way from the back of the house to the front! In the above photo, I’m standing in the back room near the back entry.
Our closet looks SO DIFFERENT with the dormer and window. It had been so small and dark and cave-like; now it will have this crazy-high ceiling and even some natural light. Our contractors aren’t building anything in for us, so we’ll DIY the organizational part afterward.
Up next: our front doors! They’ve been sitting in boxes in our TV room and our contractor says they’ll go in shortly after we get home!
